Ghana Interior Ministry Releases Update On Security Service recruitment Medical Screening

The Ministry of the Interior and the Recruiting Agencies of Ghana has Released updates on Police, Immigration, Fire & Prisons Service recruitment Medical Screening dates.

According to the Ministry, they wish to inform all applicants that no SMS notifications with regard to the medical screening have been sent to any applicant. All SMSs will be sent between 29th - 31st March 2026. Medical Screening is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 at designated centers across all regions.

Applicants are therefore cautioned against falling prey to SMS messages from dubious sources requesting payments for medical screening. All SMS messages will be sent from the sole authorised SMS sender ID, i.e., CSERP

Additionally, all qualified applicants for medical screening are to note the change in their status from "Qualified" to "MEDICAL SCREENING" on their applicant portal once SMSs are sent.

All applicants are therefore entreated to double check all SMS's received in relation to the medical screening process and ensure they see the change in status before proceeding to make payment via the secure web checkout system on their portal.
